Order Handling: All orders are processed within 1 business days, from Monday to Saturday from our warehouse.
Delivery Time:
The estimated average delivery time is 1–3 working days for major cities, while deliveries to other cities and remote areas may take 3–5 working days.
Note: During Sale events, average delivery time can exceed than normal.
Courier Services:
Products shipped using different courier services in Pakistan.
Safe Delivery Assurance:
We are responsible for safe delivery of products to customer. Replacement will be provided to customer in case of any damage during transit. However to avoid exploitation of the policy. Customers are required to make a live video of un-boxing the package and same may be sent to missrose.com.pk@gmail.com with request for replacement.

Advance Payment Policy
As per company policy, all orders above Rs. 6000/- require an advance payment of 10%- via EasyPaisa. This amount will be adjusted in total bill. The policy is in place to ensure secure and smooth delivery of parcel.
