Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above Rs2999/-
- Standard Reliable Nationwide Shipping Rs199/-
Order Handling: All orders are processed within 1 business days, from Monday to Saturday from our warehouse.
During sale periods and around public holidays, dispatch may take 2–3 additional working days due to higher order volumes. Couriers do not collect on public holidays. Therefore expect some delay in shipping during sales.
Delivery Time:
The estimated average delivery time is 1–3 working days for major cities, while deliveries to other cities and remote areas may take 3–5 working days.
Note: During Sale events, average delivery time can exceed than normal
Courier Services:
Products shipped using different courier services in Pakistan.
Safe Delivery Assurance:
We are responsible for safe delivery of products to customer. Replacement will be provided to customer in case of any damage during transit. However to avoid exploitation of the policy. Customers are required to make a live video of un-boxing the package and same may be sent to missrose.com.pk@gmail.com with request for replacement.
Please note, delivery times may vary due to external factors such as protests, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and we do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Dispatch & Advance Payment Terms
A 10% advance payment via EasyPaisa is required in the following cases:
- Customers with a previously cancelled or returned order — advance is required for order confirmation, regardless of order value.
- All orders above Rs. 8,999/-
The advance is fully adjusted in your total bill — you pay only the remaining balance at delivery. This policy helps us ensure secure processing and smooth delivery of every parcel.
